About the Role We are looking for licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Winston‑Salem, NC. We support clinicians by allowing them to practice in the way they are trained and focus on delivering excellent care. Qualifications Fully and independently licensed as an LCSW in North Carolina. Licensed and residing in the state where the practice will be located. Compensation Up to $118,200 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. What We Need Willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week. True partnership mindset. Behavioral health generalists open to seeing couples and/or children. Interest in growing into leadership or supervisory roles. Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours. Integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care.
