We are hiring a Inbound Sales & Retention/Customer Care Manager to lead all inbound sales and Level 2 customer care.

Live within 25 Miles of Carolina Forest, SC

This is NOT a receptionist position.

This role is for a confident, organized, high performing closer who can:

• Convert inbound sales calls into new customers
• Save cancellations/retention
• Handle escalated customer issues professionally
• Work closely with virtual assistants who handle office task, emails, alerts, scheduling and billing
• Track sales metrics and performance

You will be the revenue engine inside the office.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Sales

• Answer and close inbound pest control leads
• Follow structured sales scripts
• Follow up on missed calls and unsold estimates
• Maintain strong close rates

Retention & Escalations

• Handle Level 2 customer care issues
• Resolve customer concerns calmly and confidently
• Prevent cancellations whenever possible
• Protect recurring revenue

Team Leadership

• Oversee two virtual assistants handling Level 1 support
• Ensure processes are followed
• Maintain clean CRM notes and documentation

Performance Tracking

• Track close rate
• Track saved cancellations
• Monitor monthly new customer goals
• Report numbers weekly

Compensation

Base Salary: $30,000 – $40,000 (based on experience)

Performance Bonuses:
• Commission per new customer closed
• Bonus for cancellation saves
• Monthly performance incentives

On-target earnings potential: $15,000+

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong phone sales experience
• Is confident and persuasive without being pushy
• Handles conflict calmly
• Is highly organized
• Understands systems and CRMs
• Takes ownership of numbers
• Wants long-term growth

Pest control experience is a plus but not required.

• Order takers
• People who avoid difficult conversations
• Someone who needs constant supervision
• Someone uncomfortable discussing money

Schedule

Full-time - 40 Hours
In-office position
Monday–Friday (8am - 5pm)
