Telehealth Support BCBA Location Requirement: Must reside in the state of the caseload supported (e.g., North Carolina for NC caseloads). Key Responsibilities Provide remote clinical supervision and guidance to ABA programs across multiple locations. Support temporary and shared caseloads rather than maintaining a fixed, full caseload. Collaborate with onsite clinical and operations teams to ensure consistency in treatment delivery and quality standards. Conduct virtual parent trainings, staff trainings, and supervision sessions. Review and provide feedback on treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and progress reports. Travel to assigned locations at least once per month for in-person supervision, team support, and relationship building. Assist with coverage needs, program transitions, and center openings as needed. Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing. State licensure (as required) in the state of residence and service delivery. Minimum 1+ years of BCBA experience (preferred). Experience with telehealth service delivery (strongly preferred). Strong collaboration, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
