What You'll Do Post insurance payments, adjustments, and denials accurately into our dental practice management system. Reconcile insurance payments and identify discrepancies or underpayments. Maintain accurate patient account records and payment histories. Coordinate with insurance, billing, and front desk teams to resolve account issues. Assist with insurance follow-up and account research as needed. Ensure all work is completed accurately and in compliance with office policies. What We're Looking For High school diploma or current college enrollment preferred. Previous experience with dental or medical billing, insurance posting, or bookkeeping is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Available between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable working with numbers and financial information. Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel, and data entry). Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
