Project Sales Specialist - Switchgear

• Assemble lighting and/or power distribution systems for both plan and spec and design build projects. • Compile and analyze information from vendors, determining appropriate pricing, and using discretion to maximize profitability. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. • Conduct critical conversations and negotiations effectively. • Utilize MS Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication. • Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements. Requirements Minimum education: High School Diploma/GED. Proven experience in negotiation skills with strong math aptitude. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Communication skills: ability to build relationships and conduct critical conversations with vendors, customers and associates (virtually/in-person) Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.
