Job Description
Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Cardiology

Schedule:
- Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday (with some procedures running through 4:30 PM EST)

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience
- 6 months of Cardiac Imaging experience
- NYS Rad Tech License
- NMTCB or ARRT(N) Certification preferred
- BLS Certification required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced nuclear cardiology studies (SPECT, SPECT/CT, PET/CT) with precision and clinical expertise.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care by explaining procedures, ensuring comfort, and maintaining safety at all times.
- Acquire and process diagnostic images, perform daily quality control, and maintain radio pharmacy operations in compliance with applicable guidelines.
- Manage and document patient data in the electronic record system and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement new technologies and improve lab protocols continuously.
- Uphold values of integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence in all aspects of work.
