As our Quality Inspector B, you move fluidly between the warehouse floor and the electronics bench. Your morning might start by walking Receiving, Put Away, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, and Shipping—auditing processes, observing associate compliance, and validating that inventory accuracy and order integrity are never compromised. Later, you pivot to the bench to test repaired equipment, read and interpret results, and make sure every unit meets specification before it moves on.

This role is in a "METAL FREE" facility.

• Audit warehouse processes across all operational areas (Receiving, Put Away, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, Shipping) to confirm adherence to standards and accuracy of inventory transactions.
• Evaluate associate compliance with SOPs and use a coaching-oriented approach to reinforce process discipline and operational standards.
• Perform bench-level quality testing on repaired equipment; verify functionality, read test outcomes, and confirm pass/fail disposition.
• Document findings with strong record-keeping practices and communicate professionally with Line Management to surface deficiencies and track corrective actions.
• Leverage WMS/OLP knowledge to validate scans, movements, and order integrity throughout the workflow.

• Excellent attention to detail supported by strong manual and eyesight dexterity.
• Good documentation up-keeping practices to keep audit and test records clean and traceable.
• Knowledge of basic electronics and quality assurance practices applied at the bench.
• Ability to test equipment and accurately read/interpret test results.
• Professional communication skills and a coaching mindset to guide associates toward compliant behaviors.
