42A Human Resources Specialist - Now Hiring (25440)

ABOUT THIS JOBTHIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ENLISTMENT IN THE U.S. ARMY OR ARMY RESERVEAs a Human Resources (HR) Specialist, you'll play a crucial role assisting fellow Soldiers progress their Army careers. You will provide personnel and HR support to commanders across all branches, and be trained in document preparation, drafting requests, and overseeing official documentation, such as ID cards and tags. You'll also train on data application and data information analysis. Skills you'll learn align with Business Administration, Performance Management, and Employee Relations. In addition, there are 13 nationally recognized certifications available to earn!REQUIREMENTS10 weeks of Basic Training9 weeks of Advanced Individual TrainingU.S. Citizen17 to 42 Years OldHigh School Diploma or GEDMeet Tattoo GuidelinesNo Major Law ViolationsNo Medical ConcernsBENEFITSThe Army offers a complete package of benefits that not only supports you and your family but also helps you advance in your career.
