ASSISTING ORGANIZATION OF ALL OFFICE PROGRAMS. ASSISTING WITH ALL CLIENTS FILES ORGANIZATION. ASSISTING WITH FINISHING & REVIEWING OF NEW CLIENTS FILES. ABILITY TO SCAN AND MANTAIN FILES IN COMPUTER AND IN FILE CABINETS. CATCH UP WITH ALL BACKLOG IN OFFICE FILES. COMPLETING FILES IMPUT IN DATA BASE IN NEW LEGAL PROGRAMS. ASSISTING ADMINISTRATOR AND OFFICE MANAGER IN ALL OTHER DUTIES THAT SHE MIGHT NEED ASSISTANCE. ASSISTING CLIENTS IN QUESTIONS. ASSISTING OFFICE MANAGER IN HER DUTIES INCLUDING ORGANIZATION OF INVOICES AND PAYMENTS. ASSISTS IN ALL INCOMING TELEPHONE CALLS IN MULTILINE SYSTEM. BUSINESS OFFICE ATTIRE REQUIRED. MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. OFFICE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BUT COMPESANTE WITH PREVIOUS STUDIES.
