Job Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls
  • Address insurance inquiries
  • Review and update personal lines policies
  • Recommend savings options to clients
  • Assist with insurance claims support

Job Requirements

  • Preferred if client holds a valid Personal Lines License
    • will have to get license within 30 days of hire.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Warm, professional manner
  • Strives for exceptional client satisfaction
  • In office job located in Slidell, LA
