We're seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to join our growing team serving patients throughout the St Louis, Missouri regionvisiting patient homes, skilled nursing and assisted living communities, and bringing quality laboratory services directly to the people who need them most.What Your Day Looks LikeTravel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across St Louis, MissouriCollect blood specimens using expert venipuncture and capillary collection techniquesVerify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transportProvide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partnersComplete required documentation and communicate clearly with laboratory and facility staffWhat You BringPhlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferredStrong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patientsReliable transportation, valid driver's license, current auto insurance (100/300/100), and age 21+Excellent customer service and communication skillsThe self-direction to work independently and manage a flexible scheduleWhat We OfferCompetitive pay and mileage reimbursementFlexible scheduling and an independent work environmentThe stability of the nation's largest long-term-care laboratoryPurpose in every visityou are how care reaches patients who can't come to us
