Office Administrator / Administrative Assistant
Location: Valdosta, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ,
Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour
Position OverviewWe are seeking a friendly and dependable Office Assistant to help with basic day-to-day office operations and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Greet and assist customers
- Perform basic filing and data entry
- Help with general office paperwork
- Assist office staff with simple administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Scheduling / Coordination
- All levels of assistance to company admin
- invoicing / ordering
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and office skills
- Dependable attendance
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Ability to use Microsoft office
- QuickBooks/invoicing software experience
- professional demeanor in an office setting
