• Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS with containerized platforms, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring.
• Own features end to end — from design through deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
• Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews ; drive engineering excellence in testing, security, observability, and performance.
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, API, Cypress-based UI regression ) and troubleshoot complex production issues .
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and collaborate closely with product managers, architects, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Communicate technical decisions, risks, and trade-offs clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with the ability to break down complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across distributed engineering, product, and architecture teams.
• Ability to balance engineering excellence with business priorities, delivery commitments, and customer outcomes.
• Strong mentoring mindset with the ability to guide engineers, raise technical standards, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

Leadership & Communication

• Lead technical initiatives by influencing architecture decisions, defining implementation approaches, and guiding teams through delivery execution.
• Partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, communicate risks, and align delivery with business outcomes.
• Provide technical mentorship, design guidance, and constructive code review feedback to strengthen team capability and engineering quality.
• Operate effectively in distributed Agile teams with strong ownership of sprint commitments, release quality, and production readiness.
