Wash, sanitize, store, and maintain the availability of dishes, utensils, cookware, and serving items according to food safety standards. Operate the dishwasher and complete all dishwashing tasks, including scraping, rinsing, racking, drying, and proper storage of kitchenware. Support resident dining service by delivering beverages, clearing tables, bussing dining areas, and following established service etiquette. Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized dining room, dish room, kitchen, and work areas in accordance with community standards. Assist with routine kitchen and dining support duties, including trash removal, restocking supplies, transporting food and supplies, and general housekeeping tasks. Follow infection control, safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures required in a senior living environment. Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members while reporting equipment issues, safety concerns, or supply needs to leadership. What You'll Need: Must be 18 years or older. High school or GED, required Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience, required Kitchen and dining room-related experience, preferred Must be comfortable working in a senior living community and around older adults To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
