Junior Financial Analyst (TS/SCI Required)

Overview Lynch Consultants is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to support an Intelligence Agency Client in the National Capital Region. The Jr. Financial Analyst will support the evaluation and redesign of current business processes to ensure effective and efficient use of business information technology and resources and improve process performance. The Jr. Financial Analyst will also support the team by recommending cost‑effective strategies for use of system technology to meet customer information objectives. Only applicants who fully satisfy all required qualifications will be considered for further review. Compensation Salary: Up to $52,000/yr commensurate with experience. Work Location and Schedule This work is onsite in Springfield, VA 5‑days/week. Required Qualifications – Must Have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Business Management related field. Some experience in roles such as accountant, financial auditor, financial analyst, or financial system analyst. Active TS‑SCI clearance. U.S. citizenship. Located in the Greater Washington, DC area (DC, Virginia, Maryland). Preferred Qualifications DoD / Intelligence community financial management experience. Familiarity with OMB Circular A‑123.
