LPN Charge Nurse – Full-TimeLocation: Cedar Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation | Clemmons, North CarolinaShifts Available:7:00 AM – 7:00 PM7:00 PM – 7:00 AM License Required: Active LPN License (NC)Position OverviewCedar Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to provide leadership and direct clinical care within a skilled nursing environment. In this role, you will support resident care delivery, guide nursing assistants, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high standards of safety, quality, and resident-centered outcomes.
