Public Area Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and direct Public Area Attendants during assigned shifts. Inspect public areas, restrooms, hallways, lobbies, elevators, employee areas, and other assigned spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained. Assign daily work tasks and monitor completion. Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members. Respond to guest and management requests in a timely and professional manner. Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages. Identify maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with the appropriate department. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and departmental standards. Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support operational requirements. Complete required reports, inspections, and documentation. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous housekeeping or public area experience required. Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
