Assist patients with bathing, showering, and grooming needs, promoting independence and dignity
Provide hydration and nourishment to patients, ensuring their nutritional needs are met
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans
