Loyal Source is seeking a motivated and experienced Low Voltage Systems Sales & Estimation Specialist with a strong focus on fire alarm systems, low-voltage systems, and recurring service solutions (RAR). This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing consultative solutions within the fire and security industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell fire alarm systems, low-voltage systems, and associated recurring service offerings.
• Generate new business through prospecting, customer visits, appointments, and territory development.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities, pipeline opportunities, forecasting, and account management.
• Track construction projects and secure service and installation opportunities prior to project completion.
• Develop estimates and solutions based on customer requirements.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits to identify needs and recommend solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continually developing new business opportunities.
• Leverage data and sales metrics to maximize calls, quotations, and bookings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the building systems, fire alarm, low-voltage, security, or service industry.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management roles.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling techniques.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems for pipeline and activity management.
• Self-motivated and comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting with customers.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience selling fire alarm, security, low-voltage, or code-compliant service offerings.
• Experience with value-based solution selling.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and construction settings when needed.
