Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care delivery.

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Implement strategies to achieve nursing department targets and goals.

• Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance and provide feedback.

• Manage nursing department budgets and resources efficiently.

Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's preferred.

• Commitment to continuous professional development.
