Lead Bartender

Lead Bartender Location: Airport Dimensions-Sapphire Lounge by the Club - 30235001 Workdays/Shifts: Any shift (open availability). Employment Type: Full-time. Pay: $23 per hour. What You’ll Do As a Lead Bartender at Sodexo, you will showcase creativity and passion for crafting quality cocktails and other beverages to enhance the drinking and dining experience of patrons at client sites, which may include lounges, stadiums, corporate offices, hospitals, and campuses. Responsibilities Create classic and innovative cocktails, selecting appropriate glassware, garnishing drinks, and educating customers about the drink menu. Take orders and serve drinks either directly or indirectly through waitstaff, assessing customers’ needs and preferences to make recommendations as needed. Maintain the bar area, ensuring it is neat, sanitary, and well-stocked, including stocking ice, beverages, slicing bar fruit, preparing specialty mixers, and cleaning glassware, utensils and other bar necessities. Comply with all food and beverage regulations, including checking identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. May be responsible for training and supervising employees as directed by onsite management. Attend work and show up for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity. Perform other duties as assigned and that may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements. Qualifications High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience. 2–3 years of related experience, preferably with a focus in high-end establishments or hospitality management. Applicable license, certification, or permit to bartend and/or service food in the city and state where the work will be performed. Mixology certifications/training desirable.
