Staff Accountant in Chicago

Job Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant in Chicago:

Provide daily accounting functions
G/L activity posting, reconciliation, and maintenance of subsidiary ledgers
Create and present reports to senior management and board members
Balance sheet reconciliation
Ad hoc modeling and analysis
Support monthly and annual close
Assist with variance analysis Requirements

Job Requirements for the Staff Accountant in Chicago:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
2-5 years of Accounting experience
CPA Preferred, or passed some of the CPA
MUST have Manufacturing experience
Microsoft Suite (Excel-intermediate user)
SAP or ERP experience required
High attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
