Today we build, sell, finance, and insure our homes from coast to coast.What You’ll Be Doing:You will be responsible for engaging with the customer and guiding them through the home buying experience by:Marketing and prospecting through various platformsFollowing up with leads to schedule appointmentsPresenting product and design optionsAssessing customers financial qualificationsGuiding customers through financing options and processesEducating customers through the construction processWhen You’ll Be Doing It:5-day work week, Saturdays requiredClosed on Sundays, one day off during the weekCompensation:You will receive a base salary of $50,000Lucrative commission plan and incentive opportunitiesAdditional per unit bonus opportunitiesQuarterly Teamshare bonus opportunityTraining: As a Home Consultant you will go through a 5-week training program focused on product knowledge, terminology, technology, and other Clayton processes.
