Our agency is continuing to grow and Allstate - Kevin"Scooby" Hutchins Agency wants you! As an award winning Agency , we are always looking to stay one step ahead of the game. Salary $2,500- $3,500 per month plus commissions and bonuses. Current Agents range between $6k - $15k per month.

Responsibilities- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Answer INCOMING LIVE LEADS and Call Current warm leads looking for Home and Auto quotes
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- A Property & Casualty license is bonus will train good individual
- Prior Sales Experience
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
