A leading garment decoration and fulfillment company in Southwest Houston is currently hiring an experienced General Manager to join their team! In this role, the General Manager will oversee daily operations across warehouse, production, fulfillment, customer service, purchasing, and sales support functions.

This position is responsible for driving operational excellence through KPI management, data analysis, and continuous process improvement while ensuring exceptional service for key customers.

Salary: $85,000/year

The perfect General Manager for our client will have:

7+ years of leadership experience in fulfillment, distribution, apparel decoration, light manufacturing, or a similar environment
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, and experience using Tableau or comparable reporting tools
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple departments in a high-volume operation
Strong understanding of KPIs, operational dashboards, inventory control, and process improvement initiatives
Experience working with WMS, ERP, or order management systems
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills
