The organization is seeking an Ultrasonographer Echo (Ultrasound Technologist specializing in Echocardiography) for an assignment in Asheville, North Carolina. This position involves working in an adult echocardiography laboratory, performing procedures such as 2D/3D, Strain Echos, and Stress Echos with treadmill testing, utilizing advanced equipment and electronic medical records systems.

Job Details

• Position: Ultrasonographer Echo (Ultrasound Technologist specializing in Echocardiography)
• Location: Asheville, North Carolina
• Unit Information: Echo lab with CV Diagnostic imaging, equipped with Philips Epiq and IE33 ultrasound equipment, using Cerner Power Chart and Intellispace Cardiovascular reporting system.
• Schedule: Day shift only, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: BLS certification, CCI or ARDMS certification, and candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in adult echocardiography.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Additional Information: Candidates should be adaptable to fast-paced environments, flexible with dress code (scrubs, green), and familiar with unit policies and procedures. The position is shared between outpatient and hospital departments, with flexibility in location.
