Job Description

We’re growing our floor care team and looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants more than just a job.

This position involves using truck-mounted hot water extraction equipment in both residential and commercial settings. We will train the right person and cover IICRC certification , along with upholstery and tile cleaning.

What You’ll Do:

Operate truck-mounted carpet cleaning equipment
Clean carpet, tile, and upholstery in homes and businesses
Deliver a high-quality customer experience in every home
Identify and recommend additional services when appropriate
Maintain a clean, organized work van and equipment

What We’re Looking For:

Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Reliable, on time, and efficient
Professional and respectful in customers’ homes
Strong work ethic -this is physical, hands-on work
Comfortable talking with customers and recommending services
