Strategic HR Manager - Multi-State Compliance & Payroll

Sterling Transportation, Hawthorne/Los Angeles area, seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations for a multi-state workforce. You will oversee payroll, benefits, 401(k) administration, policy compliance, HR records, and HRIS processes, while guiding managers on employee relations and investigations.
