Our most valuable asset as a company is the quality of our people.**What You’ll Do on a Typical Day*** Creates and completes travel arrangements (car, hotel, air, rail) for moderately complex accounts* Ensures reservations are built according to client standards and preferences* Acts as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the best traveler experience in each situation* Resolves moderately complex problems with potentially non-standard and multi destinations, ticket exchanges and complex fares* Assignments include both routine and non-routine work* May be required to assist with department related projects and implementations (clean-up, startup, closeout, etc.)**What We’re Looking For*** 2+ years industry experience preferred or a strong customer service background* Experience in travel support roles preferred* English fluent – written and spoken* 2nd language a plus* Diligent to ensure high level of accuracy* Basic MS Office* Capable of working with minimal supervision* Good travel industry knowledge* Skilled in GDS - Sabre preferred**Location**Ramstein, GermanyThis role is for CWT Defense & Government within CWT, a member of the American Express Global Business Travel family of companies.**The #TeamGBT Experience**Work and life: Find your happy medium at Amex GBT.* **Flexible benefits** are tailored to each country and start the day you do.
