Express is hiring skilled Welders for multiple Metal Fabrication Companies across New Kensington . If you thrive on shaping metal into precise, reliable parts, you’ll find plenty of opportunity here—on both first and second shift.

Schedule options

• First Shift: 7:30am–3:30pm
• Second Shift: 3:00pm–11:30pm

Candidates experienced in both MIG and TIG are especially encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on fabricated metal components and assemblies
• Set up welding equipment and prepare materials for production runs
• Read and follow blueprints, welding specifications, and work instructions
• Fit, position, and weld components to meet precise specifications
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and appearance
• Grind, clean, and prepare welded surfaces as required
• Maintain welding equipment and keep a tidy, organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and proper welding practices
• Assist with additional fabrication and production tasks as assigned

What you bring

• Previous welding experience (required)
• MIG and TIG welding experience (strongly preferred)
• Ability to successfully complete a welding test
• Blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing/fabrication environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively
• Physical ability to bend, lift, twist, and crouch
