Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' mental health needs. \n
- Provide crisis intervention strategies and collaborate on pre-crisis and crisis management plans. \n
- Document clinical progress and updates in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping. \n
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools as approved by our clinical team to validate assessments and inform treatment approaches. \n
- Work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans. \n
- Actively participate in licensing and accreditation activities to ensure the highest standards of care. \n
- Serve as a vital liaison among various service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate holistic care for clients. \n
- Maintain clear and effective communication to uphold contract standards while promoting the mission of Health Link Now within our community. \n
- Establish and nurture connections with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote our services and identify new opportunities for collaboration and funding. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, conferences, and leadership involvement in relevant community meetings. \n
- Embody and advocate for the agency's mission, values, and principles in all aspects of work. \n
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of our team. \n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Health Link Now, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with emotional distress, those seeking recovery from substance use, and clients facing developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. - A Master’s Degree in a mental health field from an accredited institution. \n
