Due to continued growth and expansion , Concordia is seeking an experienced, quality-focused Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our leadership team in the Pittsburgh, PA area .
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong healthcare leader who is passionate about quality outcomes, employee engagement, operational excellence and exceptional resident care .
What You’ll Do as a Nursing Home Administrator:
- Oversee daily skilled nursing operations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations
- Lead, support and develop department managers and staff
- Drive quality outcomes and resident satisfaction
- Manage budgets, census and operational performance
- Promote teamwork, accountability and a positive workplace culture
What We’re Looking For in a Nursing Home Administrator:
- Current Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator license required
- Long-term care leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and survey processes
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to quality, resident-centered care and employee engagement
