Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

Parker Vollmar - State Farm is looking for an Account Acquisition Specialist to join our team in our Napoleon, OH office. This position provides individuals with an opportunity to work with a team, be compensated based off of their performance, and grow through hands-on experience, ongoing learning, and the development of skills that can lead to greater responsibilities and long-term career advancement The ideal candidate comes with experience in account management and developing new business opportunities among both existing and new customers. Role & Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as networking, referrals, and digital outreach. Present and explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to prospective customers. Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and marketing events to improve sales skills and product knowledge. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress towards targets using ECRM software.
