• End‑to‑end capability: Product/systems design, automation, fabrication, assembly, and high‑volume contract manufacturing—serving aerospace, defense, mobility, healthcare, pharma, biotech, clean tech, chemicals, energy, lifestyle, food production, and industrial equipment.

• Prepare molds and tools; perform composite layup to drawing and spec.
• Carry out secondary bonding with epoxies and resins; set up vacuum bagging .
• Execute precision trimming and cutting to meet development/engineering requirements.
• Drill and finish holes with hand drills and related tools to engineering drawings.
• Use jigs, fixtures, and molds to ensure accurate, repeatable assemblies.
• Handle composite materials, resins, and adhesives safely; keep the work area clean.
• Perform quality inspections and tests ; document and escalate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality to improve processes and outcomes.

• Comfort reading blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Understanding of composites, resin systems, and adhesive use.
• Skilled with hand/power tools and measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail; steady hands for small parts and fine work.
• Ability to work in PPE‑required environments.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) required.
• Technical or vocational training in composites or aerospace manufacturing preferred.
