Premier Community Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to support our lending team by preparing loan documentation, maintaining accurate loan records, and ensuring a smooth loan process from preparation through closing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and working behind the scenes to support both customers and lending staff. Premier Community Bank has 11 locations across northeast Wisconsin, this position will work from our Marion office.What You'll Do: Prepare loan documentation for new, renewed, and modified consumer, commercial, agricultural, and home equity loans in accordance with bank policy and regulatory requirements. Review loan files for completeness, including title work, insurance documentation, credit reports, flood certifications, appraisals, disclosures, and other required documents.Monitor loan processing requests and communicate effectively with customers and other internal departments to ensure timely completion of loan activities.Upload loans and verify accuracy of the information to the Bank core system after closing. Fund loans via checks, wires, or TMS.Qualifications & Skills for Success:High school diploma or equivalent required. Two to three years of loan processing or related banking experience preferred. Knowledge of consumer, commercial, agricultural, and home equity lending products. Understanding of lending regulations and compliance requirements. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.What Makes Premier Community Bank Premier?
