What You’ll Do

As a BCBA, you will:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs
• Develop and monitor behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
• Analyze clinical data and make data-driven treatment decisions
• Provide ongoing supervision and clinical support to RBTs
• Conduct caregiver training and parent education
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other members of the care team
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure services are delivered ethically and in accordance with BACB standards and payer requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification through the BACB
• Virginia and/or Maryland LBA
• Experience providing ABA services to children
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• A collaborative and compassionate approach to working with children, families, and RBTs
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practices
