Equity-Focused Community Resource Navigator for Families

FamilyWorks

FamilyWorks is seeking a Community Resource Navigator to connect participants with services that stabilize lives. The role operates from the Roosevelt Family Resource Center and St. Luke’s satellite site, performing needs assessments, referrals, and enrollment in benefits during drop-ins, events, and virtual settings.
