PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to hire level II and III Maintenance Technicians. If you're a hands-on problem solver who thrives on troubleshooting complex equipment, maintaining advanced automation systems, and ensuring operational excellence, this is your opportunity to make a direct impact every day.

In this role, you'll help keep vital material handling equipment (MHE), automation systems, facilities infrastructure, and production support systems operating safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Location: Olive Branch, MS | Pay: $26-$32/hour

Schedule(s):

Nights - Wed 11P-5A and Thur-Sat 5P-5A

Nights - Sun-Tues 5P-5A and Wed 5P-11P

Days - Wed 11A-5P and Thur-Sat 5A-5P

Days - Sun-Tues 5AM-5PM and Wed 5AM-11AM

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on material handling equipment (MHE), automation systems, and facility infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems.

• Use a CMMS (work order system) to manage maintenance activities.

• Perform maintenance on lighting, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and building systems.

• Support battery maintenance and equipment inspections.

• Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.

• Assist with continuous improvement projects.

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

• Work with team members to quickly resolve equipment issues.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, material handling systems, or facility maintenance.

• Trade school or related education may be combined with experience.

• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.

• Ability to use a CMMS system.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays in a 24/7 operation.

• Ability to operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment.

• Must be able to obtain and pass WSI certification.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 75 lbs regularly.

• Work at heights and in various positions.

• Operate hand tools and powered industrial equipment safely.

• Work in environments with heat, cold, dust, noise, and moving machinery.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $32.00 per hour
