Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and recommend necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Work collaboratively with a team of technicians and service advisors to meet service goals.
- Stay updated on the latest Ford automotive technologies and service techniques.
- Proven experience as a service technician, preferably with Ford vehicles.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to use automotive diagnostic tools and software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Competitive pay ranging from $30.00 to $45.00 per hour, paid weekly. Flat Rate
