We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions based on client requirements. Provide technical leadership to Developers, Technical Consultants and BAs. Lead solution design, integrations, technical documentation and best practices. Work across areas such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, SecOps and custom applications. Design integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub and MID Server. Provide guidance on CMDB, CSDM, workflows, data architecture and platform governance. Work directly with clients and senior stakeholders throughout delivery. Requirements 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with significant experience working at an architectural level. Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions. Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, with deep expertise in at least one or more core areas. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, application development, integrations, workflows, data models, and platform capabilities. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and third-party integrations. Strong understanding of CMDB and CSDM. Experience leading technical teams and working directly with customers and senior stakeholders. Strong understanding of ServiceNow upgrades, releases, performance, security, and governance. Ability to produce and review high-level and low-level technical designs. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Alldus
