COMPENSATION RANGE:

THIS POSITION IS PAID ON A SALARIED BASIS; HOWEVER, THE EQUIVALENT HOURLY RATE RANGES FROM $69.00 TO $77.00 PER HOUR, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE, LOCATION, AND FTE STATUS. TOTAL COMPENSATION MAY ALSO INCLUDE BONUS OPPORTUNITIES AND A

COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS PACKAGE.

JOB SUMMARY

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a Full-time opportunity available at our West Springfield Center. At this time we do not have any PRN openings. This is an excellent chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and fast-paced urgent care environment while making a meaningful impact in the community. Full ‑Time Schedule Overview

• Total Shifts: 3- 12hour shifts
• Shift Length: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12 hours each)
• every other weekend

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: * NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program * PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification Experience: * Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine Licensure & Certification:

• BLS & ACLS Certification
• Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia
• DEA License
• Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol

Credentialing Requirements:

• Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)
• Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
