About the Role We are seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing ABA programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Your expertise will help us provide high-quality, patient-centered care that empowers families to take control of their child's development. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized ABA programs for children with ASD and other neurodevelopmental disorders Conduct assessments, evaluate progress, and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide consistent and effective treatment Provide training and support to caregivers to ensure successful implementation of ABA strategies at home Maintain accurate and thorough records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new program initiatives Requirements Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field Experience working with children with ASD and other neurodevelopmental disorders Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with ABA software and technology a plus What We Offer We invite you to join our dynamic team and contribute to making a positive impact in the lives of children and families.
