Lifecycle Marketing & CRM Transformation Lead

Metro Credit Union is seeking a seasoned lifecycle marketer to own onboarding, nurture, cross-sell, retention, and re-engagement journeys across member touchpoints. You will design, execute, govern, and continually improve automated campaigns and journeys, leveraging CRM and automation platforms across email, SMS, and other channels. You will partner with Analytics, Product, Compliance and Operations to build personalized journeys, optimize messaging and testing, and develop dashboards that #J-18808-Ljbffr Metro Credit Union
