We are currently looking for a Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to join our Commercial & Construction Loan Servicing team.

Job Summary

The Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist will be responsible for the most complex servicing activities as it relates to commercial real estate and residential construction loans. They will be responsible for processing commercial real estate draws ensuring accuracy and compliance. Additionally, they may be required to assist management in process reviews, reporting and mentoring of junior servicers.

What You Can Expect To Work On

• Draw Servicing
  • Owns the process of reviewing and completing commercial real estate draws.
  • Assists in completing residential construction draws.
  • Assists in reviewing/approving draw requests for residential construction loans as needed.
• Loan Administration
  • Has the knowledge and ability to complete all monetary or servicing activities within the department with autonomy.
  • Responsible for the most complex servicing requests with autonomy.
  • Assists in reviewing wire funding packets and requests.
  • Assists in reviewing and approving loan payoff quotes.
  • Assists in completing local collateral inspections as needed.
• Department Administration
  • Assists in reviewing wash account general ledger reports to maintain timely and accurate accounts.
  • Responsible for aiding management in process improvements and departmental documentation.
  • Responsible for ad hoc projects.
  • Responsible for assisting in audit requests
  • Assists in mentoring/advising junior servicers.
• Other
  • Responsible for maintaining SLA, quality, and productivity measures.

What You Offer Us

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, 2+ years of college preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in loan administration or similar financial/banking experience preferred.
• Experience in construction draw administration and management preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent understanding of bank systems and processes.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills must be detail-oriented and thorough.
• Good interpersonal communication skills: ability to effectively interact with individuals in all areas of the bank.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to adapt and/or align with the evolving landscape and business changes
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and positive professional development to others.
