Employment Type: Contract Job Category: Industrial Pay Rate: $14.50 / hour Picker Packer 8 hours shift and 12 hour shifts 2,2,3 schedule Asheboro Area! As a Picker Packer, your primary responsibility will be to accurately pick items from inventory, pack them securely, and prepare orders for shipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a well-organized and efficient warehouse are essential for the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Retrieval: Accurately pick items from shelves, bins, or designated areas based on order sheets or electronic picking systems.
• Packing: Carefully and securely pack items into boxes or containers to prevent damage during transit.
• Labeling: Apply shipping labels and ensure that all necessary documentation is included in the shipment.
• Order Assembly: Assemble, organize, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring they are complete and accurate.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity goals.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items, sometimes in excess of 30 pounds.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new warehouse processes and technologies.
