Job Summary:
At Jupiter Rehabilitation Centers, we are committed to delivering unparalleled customer service and genuine care to our community's Rehabilitation and Nursing needs. We are seeking a full-time Concierge Services professional to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring patient satisfaction and customer service excellence.
Concierge Services Job Description:
The Concierge Services Department serves as the liaison between patients, families, and our team members, following patients throughout their healing journey. As a Concierge Services professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers, and ensuring that all patient needs are met.
Concierge Services Responsibilities:
Behave in a manner aligned with facility goals for occupancy and customer service
Meet with new residents and provide information about the facility
Provide tours of the facility as requested by potential residents
Work in a helpful and pleasant manner
Complete admission checklist according to facility policy
Inform the Admissions Director of obstacles or barriers while admitting residents
Communicate with interdisciplinary team members timely regarding room readiness for pending admissions
Demonstrate interpersonal relationship skills by developing and maintaining trust with coworkers
$16 - $18 per hour
