We are looking for a dependable Metal Finishing Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will smooth, polish, and finish sheet metal parts to meet quality standards. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and the ability to use hand tools in a fast-paced production environment.

Metal Finishing Technician Details:

• Temporary position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

• Polish and finish sheet metal parts. Remove scratches, burrs, and other imperfections.
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools.
• Record completed work and production counts.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Perform other duties as assigned.

Metal Finishing Technician Qualifications:

• Manufacturing, fabrication, or metal finishing experience is a plus.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and measuring tools.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work as part of a team.
• Stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Frequently bend, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Perform repetitive hand movements throughout the day.
• Wear required PPE while working.
