Lead Customer Service Representative (Lead CSR) Location: 100% In-Office – 16360 Table Mountain Parkway, Golden, CO 80403 Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Monday -Friday with Weekend Availability $24+/hr. + Commission | Full-Time | In-Office Position Fix It 24/7 is looking for a high-performing Lead CSR to join our growing team in Golden, Colorado. We are searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, understands the home service industry, and knows how to drive results through exceptional customer service and strong phone performance. This is not an entry-level CSR role. We are looking for someone with Service Titan experience and previous trade industry experience who can help lead the team, support daily operations, and help drive revenue through inbound and outbound customer communication.
