The Automotive Customer Experience Specialist serves as the primary liaison between customers and the service team, delivering exceptional service while recommending maintenance and repair solutions. This role is responsible for building customer trust, communicating vehicle service needs, coordinating workflow between the front counter and technicians, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from vehicle check-in through delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong customer service skills, automotive knowledge, and the ability to present service recommendations that enhance customer safety, satisfaction, and vehicle reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs.
