Crossover is seeking a Youth Mentor to work on-site at our Springfield, MA campus. The role focuses on coaching and developing life skills in Pre-K through 8th grade students using adaptive learning tools and narrative playbooks. You will spend part of each day leading hands-on workshops and the remainder coaching individuals or small groups, reviewing adaptive-learning app performance and ensuring weekly mastery targets are met. #J-18808-Ljbffr Crossover
